Birth Support Services
A supportive virtual experience including prenatal check‑ins, birth plan guidance, partner coaching, virtual labor support, and postpartum follow‑up care… plus receive a Birth Essentials Workbook in the mail to help you prepare with confidence from home.
A fun and personalized 6‑hour childbirth education experience (completed in one day or divided into 2–3 sessions), complete with hands‑on comfort techniques, partner involvement, a curated labor tool bag filled with essentials, and 3 hours of virtual support for added guidance throughout your pregnancy.
Step into birth with clarity, strength, and continuous guidance. My Core Labor Support Package is the most widely chosen option for a reason. It’s designed to support you before, during, and immediately after labor with expertise, warmth, and intention. We meet for two to three prenatal visits to build your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and walk through the choices that matter most to you. You’ll have access to my resource library, birth tools, and steady communication throughout your pregnancy. When labor begins, you have continuous support from the moment you need me until your baby is born. I guide you through positioning, breathing, advocacy, and the emotional rhythm of birth. After your baby arrives, I stay for at least an hour to support skin‑to‑skin, help initiate breastfeeding, and make sure you feel settled and confident. We then meet again for a postpartum visit focused on reflection, recovery, and anything you want to revisit from your birth experience.

Car seat safety is something I’m personally passionate about, and every family I support receives a complimentary car seat check as part of their care. As a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, I’ll walk you through installation, proper fit, harnessing, positioning, and the small adjustments that make a big difference in keeping your baby safe. We’ll go over common mistakes parents are often never taught and make sure you feel confident for that first ride home and every trip after. It’s one of my favorite ways to support families… and it’s included with any package you choose.

Daytime Support
Daytime care is really about me coming in and helping your day feel lighter. Maybe you need feeding help, or you want me to hold the baby so you can grab a shower without rushing. Maybe you’re hoping to sneak in a nap, take a quiet walk, or finally eat something warm. I can change your bedsheets after those postpartum night sweats, reset the kitchen, fold the tiny laundry, or keep your toddler busy while you breathe for a minute. Whatever your goal is for the day, I’m there to make things feel more doable and to help you settle into your new rhythm.

Overnight Care
Overnight care is all about giving you a stretch of real, restorative sleep. I handle the night so you can actually rest. If you’re breastfeeding, I bring baby to you when it’s time to feed and then take them back out to settle again so you can go right back to sleep. I take care of diaper changes, soothing, and keeping things calm and predictable through the night. I wash bottles, pump parts, and do the quiet reset work — folding laundry, tidying the kitchen, getting things ready for the next day — so you wake up to a space that feels lighter. My goal is to make your nights feel manageable and your mornings feel doable.
Custom Postpartum Packages
Every family’s needs look a little different, and sometimes the standard bundles don’t quite fit what you’re looking for. I offer custom postpartum packages that can be built around your specific goals, schedule, and level of support. Whether you need a mix of daytime and overnight care, extended hours, or a more flexible plan, we can create something that feels right for your home and your season. How Carrot Benefits Work
